The Lincoln Education Center is a separate site educational program, providing special education services to students with emotional and behavioral disorders, as part of a continuum of services provided by the Brainerd Public Schools. The Atlas (Area Transition Learning and Skills) Program provides transition services to students ages 18-22 and is part of the Lincoln Education Center. All students referred to our program are receiving special education services and have a current Individual Education Program in place.
